Connexxion is more than just a business solutions company. How we do business is as important as what we do.

There are many definitions of corporate social responsibility (CSR) but for us it is operating in a holistic way that takes into account the impacts of our business decisions at the financial, social and environmental level.

It is essential that we respect our people, the community and the environment.

We believe ethical business practices improve the sustainability of our business and aim to create an environment of trust that results in better outcomes for all.

Our principles are enacted through our achievement of the following:

  • 5 Year strategic training program for all staff members;
  • Sponsorship of local and national community events; and
  • Setting a goal to reduce our carbon footprint by 10% through energy reduction and recycling initiatives.

​Board Responsibilities

In carrying out its responsibilities and exercising its powers, the Board at all times recognises its overriding responsibility to act honestly, ethically, diligently and in accordance with the law in servicing the interests of the shareholders of Connexxion, as well as its employees, customers and the local communities where it operates.

It works to promote and maintain a culture within the company that establishes these principles as basic guidelines for all of its employees and representatives at all times.
